My profession requires travel coast to coast and this Houston based service rivals the best on either coast. “My Reiki session with Emery had me absolutely floating for hours after. I felt deep peace throughout my mind and body within moments of the work beginning. Even before her hands touch the body, I could feel waves of love flowing through my core. Many times throughout the work, I felt my entire body was so deeply relaxed, I couldn't move but to breathe. She keeps the perfect atmosphere for such spiritual work- dark, silent but for tranquil music, soothing smells in the air. "In my field as a martial arts instructor, it's a rare but cherished opportunity to genuinely feel like a student again.
Recently, I spent a weekend with Ms. Emery Lauten Meadows of Healing Rituals to gain an understanding of, and train in Reiki Levels one and two. The eye opening experience was nothing short of amazing. There is a genuine, peaceful atmosphere that emanates from Ms. Emery herself, that comes from a desire to spread what the practice of Reiki can do to give back to the world. You feel this from the moment you first shake her hand. The course is taught from an open and friendly perspective and not only do you come away with some pretty intense training, but you also gain some insight into Ms. Emery's personality, which glows throughout the coursework and practice. That, in my opinion, made the experience that much more profound and enjoyable because in retrospect, I not only feel as though I was properly attuned, but I was given the opportunity to peer into my instructor's soul and experience Reiki from her point of view. The ability to communicate on that level is a rare quality indeed.
If you are interested in learning more about Reiki, or if you are called to become attuned to the practice, I recommend Ms. Emery without hesitation. Her abilities can scarcely be put into words to give her proper credit, and I am overjoyed to have her as my Reiki Master. My experience has given her a lifelong student."
